Trey assesses the existing grade, drainage flow, and soil conditions on your property, talks through finish options and layout, and confirms the right approach for the site.

Step 4: Review Your Estimate and Material Specs

Your written estimate includes the concrete mix approach, finish choice, reinforcement plan, and any drainage provisions. You approve it online or, for larger projects, in a follow-up walkthrough.

Step 5: Approve and Reserve Your Schedule

A deposit invoice confirms your project date and gives us the lead time needed to coordinate materials and crew.

Step 6: Pre-Pour Site Visit

Your crew leader inspects the site, confirms access and staging, and walks through the pour sequence before any base work begins.

Step 7: Updates During Construction

We communicate at key stages: when base and forms are set, when reinforcement is in place, and again when the pour is scheduled. For most concrete projects, the timeline moves quickly, so we keep you closely informed.

Step 8: Final Walkthrough and Cure Guidance

Once the work is complete and the site is cleaned, we walk the finished surface with you and explain what to expect during the curing period.

Step 9: Long-Term Care Guidance

You will receive written guidance on sealing schedules, winter care for stamped or decorative finishes, and what to watch for in the first year.
